In Hoeven in 1739 I found a link [3 KB] from Sparmon or Spermon to Jacobus Permoer.
A "moer" in dutch is a peat or a swamp. Also the name Parmoer is found in that area and that time.

In latin I found 'leontos spermon' =leontopodium.
